Description
Organic whole-grain round rice has a specific aroma and smell, making it harmonious with many dishes. All the valuable nutrients are retained in the husk, which makes whole grain rice more valuable than husked rice. Round rice is recommended for use in risottos, rice stews and salads.
Preparation: Simmer the washed rice at a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion rice to 2 portions water) for about 35 minutes.
