Preparation instructions:
Preparation of standard milk porridge for babies from 4 months.
1. Boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of fresh water.
2. Cool to 50 °C and pour into a bowl.
3. Gradually add 25 g (about 5 tablespoons) of the porridge and mix well.
4. Leave to stand for 1 minute until you get the desired consistency. Cool to an edible temperature (~37°C).
Tip: Instead of fresh milk, porridge can also be made from infant formula or breast milk.
Making porridge with fruit from 6 months
1. Pour 70 ml of freshly boiled warm water into a bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of porridge and 6-7 tablespoons of fruit puree.
3. Chill in the fridge and check the temperature (37 °C) before feeding.
