Organic tea with a very strong and earthy flavour, “post-fermented”.
Pu Erh is a fermented tea that improves digestion and is rich in polyphenols, cleansing toxins and free radicals. In addition, the health benefits of Pu-erh tea include improved heart health as it contains statins which lower cholesterol. Puerh also contains a wide range of bacteria that support gut health.

To make the tastiest tea, use 3g of tea, cover with 200ml boiling water and leave under a lid for 4-5 minutes.
