How to use:
AVIZO is not a medicine or a food supplement, so the instructions for use are only recommendations!
People consume relatively little fermented foods, so there is definitely not enough acidity in our diet. For this reason AVIZO should be taken daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. Some AVIZO can be taken before meals and the rest after meals. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, smoothies).

Bacterial species and subspecies: lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (including Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Limosilactobacillus fermentum). The product shall contain at least 108 CFU/ml.
