This wholemeal oatmeal is made from organically grown oats. Organic oatmeal is a source of protein and fibre, so it’s not only tasty, but also nutritious and a great start to the day!
Usage:
Traditional oatmeal takes about 6-7 minutes to cook. Because they are coarser, they take longer to digest and thus keep you fuller for longer. Perfect for breakfast!
Bring 400 ml of vegetable milk or water to the boil, add 100 g of oatmeal and boil for 5-6 minutes. Cover and leave for 2 minutes.
A teaspoon of organic nuts and seeds of your choice can be added.
For sweet lovers: add jam, marmalade, nut or coconut cream, organic coconut blossom sugar or agave syrup of your choice.
For those who like to eat salty porridge: add vegetable butter or oil, organic soya or our coconut aminos sauce.
