Nettle strengthens nails, hair and bones, has a positive effect on the body’s vital forces and supports the immune system.
Recommended use: 50 ml daily (1/4 cup) before meals. The maximum daily dose (50 ml) contains 5 g of fresh nettle herb extract, equivalent to 7,8 g of plant material.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
