Organic Milk Thistle Virgin Oil, 250 ml

Cold-pressed oil from extracted, high-quality fenugreek seeds. Organic fenugreek oil has a mild nutty flavour that varies the taste of salads, dressings, yoghurt and smoothies. It is recommended to use the oil cold only. Excellent for supplementing the diet, but can also be used alone. The oil is high in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative damage.

Recommended use
One teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day, 30 minutes before or with meals.
Recommended daily dose: 15 ml (3 tbsp).
