We recommend using organic white oats grown in Lithuania. They need to be soaked to help them cook faster. After grinding in a grinder or coffee grinder, you will get fresh oat flour. Raw oat flour rots quickly, so we recommend grinding a small amount at home. Germination is very poor because most of the hairs covering the grain have been mechanically removed.
Oats are one of the most useful foods.
They are an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, iron, iodine, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E and P. They give you a feeling of satiety, so you won’t want to snack for long. They are low in calories, low in fat and high in protein and fibre.
