– Suitable for vegetarians AVIZO is not a medicine or a food supplement, therefore the instructions for use are only recommended! People consume relatively few fermented products in their diets, so there are not enough acids in our diets. For this reason AVIZO should be taken daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. Some AVIZO can be taken before meals and the rest after meals. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridge, salads, mixed salads). Bacterial species and subspecies: Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (including Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus). The product shall contain at least ¹⁰⁷ CFU/ml.

Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture (see packaging). Shake before use.
