Spaghetti of organically grown and dehydrated seaweed. The seaweed is harvested by hand in its natural habitat on the Galician coast (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). The seaweed is dehydrated at low temperatures.
Fresh seaweed is brown, elongated, narrow in shape and turns green when cooked. They are very soft in texture and taste of iodine.
Low in fat.
Sugar free.
High in fibre.
Use:
Before use, the product must be prepared: either boil for 10 minutes or soak in water for 20 minutes, change the water and soak for another 20 minutes (the weight of the dried product increases five times).
Suggested use: rehydrate and add to salads, as a garnish to various dishes. Use as an ingredient in pasta, rice, stews, soups and snacks.
Intended for: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Spaghetti seaweed contains 150 μg iodine (NRV according to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011).
