The product is made from edible Dulse seaweed(Palmaria palmata). Seaweed of European origin, dehydrated and chopped. Raw seaweed is dehydrated at low temperatures.
Preparation: this product must be prepared in advance by rehydrating it in water for 5 minutes (the dried weight increases fourfold).
Serving: Rehydrated seaweed can be used in salads, pickles, as a garnish and as an ingredient in soups, stews, cakes, rice and pasta dishes.
Intended for: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Recipe – Vegetable and seaweed soup DULSE
Ingredients
– 1 l vegetable stock
– 100 g chives
– 150 g leek
– 90 g carrots
– 4 chard leaves
– 100 g courgettes
– 10 g dehydrated seaweed DULSE
– a little olive oil
– Wash and finely chop the vegetables;
– lightly fry the ingredients chives, leeks, carrots, chard leaves and dehydrated DULSE seaweed in a little oil;
– pour the broth over the top and cook for about 12 minutes;
– Add the zucchini and sauté for 3 minutes;
– serve in a deep dish or bowl.
