Organic dried sea moss

Hand-picked seaweed in a natural coastal environment in Galician waters (Bay of Biscay and Portugal).

Use:
This product should be prepared in advance by boiling for 20 minutes or rehydrating in water for 5 minutes (the weight of the dried product increases sixfold).
Suggested use: add to salads, soups and stews. Also as a thickener and stabiliser in sauces, jams and desserts.
Intended for: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Approximately 0.3 g of hydrated seaweed and 10 g of dehydrated seaweed contain 150 μg of iodine (NRV according to EU Regulation 1169/2011).
