How to use AVIZO: AVIZO is not a medicine or a food supplement, so the instructions for use are only recommended! We consume relatively few fermented foods, so acids are not present in our diet. AVIZO should therefore be taken daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. Some AVIZO can be taken before meals and the rest after meals.
