Place 2 tablespoons of seeds in a tray, grow at 18-22ºC and water twice a day.
Seedlings are edible after 3-5 days.
Rinse the seeds thoroughly with clean water before sowing.
For best results, sow the seeds in a thin layer.
Germination time depends on the temperature and the type of seed.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
