This jar is ideal for one person or a small family. The set (approx. 14 cm high, 8 cm diameter) consists of a glass jar with a high-quality lid with drainage holes.
It’s easy to use – place the seeds in a glass jar, add water, put the lid on and invert the jar to allow the water to drain out again. Do this 2 or 3 times a day.
Seeds don’t germinate if:
– there are too many seeds in the jar;
– seeds do not get enough water;
– the room temperature is too high or too low (the optimum temperature for germination is 18-22 degrees),
– seeds other than the specially developed BioSnacky seeds are used,
– unfavourable conditions, such as too much water around the seeds, too frequent or too little watering, inadequate temperature or light, can cause mould. The mould has a mustard smell and should not be confused with sprouts.
