Description
Rabenhorst EISENBLUT juice is rich in iron and vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, which are important for blood production. Squeezed from fresh fruit, using only very high quality raw materials, not made from concentrate. Sweetened with honey. Suitable for vegetarians.
The human body cannot produce iron on its own, so it is important to get enough of it from the diet. The gluconate used in Eisenblut juice is produced from glucose (grape sugar) by oxidation. The gluconate is then combined with divalent iron obtained from inorganic iron salts. The body absorbs iron particularly well in the form of iron (II) gluconate, which is used in this juice. Iron (II) gluconate is free from animal products, so Eisenblut is also suitable for vegetarians.
Amount of juice corresponding to the recommended daily allowance of iron:
Women and girls from 10 years – 20 ml
Boys (10-18 years) – 15 ml
Men aged 19 and over and women aged 51 and over – 12.5 ml
Children from 4 years – 10 ml
Breastfeeding women – 25 ml
Pregnant women – 40 ml
Use: the daily dose is best taken over several meals. If you have been taking iron for a long time, find out if you are deficient. The box contains a measuring cup. Rinse before use.
