With manual speed control and pulse lever, the ASCENT A2300i can whizz, chop, shred and even knead – the powerful and efficient motor of the ASCENT A2300i combines different kitchen appliances into one. It will successfully blend smoothies, purees, sauces, warm pureed soups, frozen fruit ice cream, nut butters and much more!
All ASCENT 2-litre blenders are equipped with SELF-DETECT technology, which ensures that the blender “recognises” the container and starts working only when the container is covered with the lid and correctly positioned on the motor unit. This makes the device even safer to use. Through the transparent lid, you can control the consistency of the food you are cooking without interrupting the blending process. If you want to add additional products during the process, you can do so by opening the lid on top.
The ASCENT series blenders are well suited for smaller containers (225 ml and 600 ml), available separately. With these durable, BPA-free Tritan plastic containers, you can prepare even very small portions of food.
For ice cream and thick foods such as peanut butter or hummus, the Vitamix’s included chopper will make your job much easier. This means you won’t have to stop the chopper and scrape food off the sides of the bowl.
