Recommendations for use:
Grind the GLOTNUTS at medium speed for 40-50 seconds.
Beat the sauces/spices/dough at medium to medium-low speed for 30 seconds.
Mix the sweetened/malted yoghurt on low speed for 15 seconds, then mix on medium to medium-high speed for 30 seconds.
Blend the SOUL at medium to medium-high speed for 50-60 seconds.
Select the highest speed and grind for 90-180 sec.
CLEANING CYCLE Start at low speed for 10-20 seconds and gradually increase speed to high speed, then reduce speed again before stopping.
COMMON LED/ONE Cocktail starts at medium or medium-low speed for 30-40 seconds.
