DELIVERY TERMS:

Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days (of course, we try to deliver as quickly as possible).
We deliver household appliances within 3-5 working days.
Delivery takes place within the territory of the Republic of Latvia (to other territories by separate agreement).

Standard delivery of ordered goods is carried out by Venipak courier services to the address you specify or to DPD and Venipak parcel machines:
Free delivery to DPD / Venipak if the purchase exceeds 20 euros*.
Free delivery by Venipak courier to your address for items over €30.
Free delivery by DPD courier to your address for items over €40.
2,90 € – standard delivery to DPD / Venipak for parcels up to 20 €.
3,90 € – standard delivery by Venipak courier to your address for items up to 30 €.
4,50 € – standard delivery by DPD courier to your address for items up to 40 €.

Further delivery information:
– NB: Please check the condition of the packaging when you receive your parcel. If there is damage or suspected damage, when signing for the delivery of the consignment, state this objection and the specification of the damage in the infringement report.
– If an item is missing or appears to be damaged, please inform us by email: [email protected].
– To reduce environmental pollution, we try to reuse packaging from other products. We always try to pack your order as carefully and safely as possible so that the goods reach you in good condition.
